Team Management

Workspace-scoped teams: invite members, assign roles, manage access.

Team Management

Teams are scoped per workspace — a user can be in multiple workspaces with a different role in each.

This lets you keep production tight while letting more people work in dev / test.

The Team page

Sidebar → Team. Shows current members (name, email, role), pending invitations, and the controls to invite, re-role, or remove members.

Roles at a glance

Role What they can do
Admin Everything — config, team, destructive ops
Member Day-to-day operator: sources, destinations, connections, document retries
Viewer Read-only — dashboard + document delivery status

Common tasks

  • Invite a member — pick a role in the invite dialog. See Inviting Members.
  • Change a role — open the dropdown next to the member on the Team page. Admin only.
  • Remove a member — same place, Remove. Admin only.

Workspace ownership

Every workspace has one owner — the user who created it. The owner is always Admin and cannot be removed. Ownership can be transferred to another Admin from workspace settings.
